Ragnarok
According to Norse mythology Ragnarök (/ragnarɔk/) is a series of major events causing the death of many mythological figures and ultimately resulting in the rebirth of the earth. However drastic this may sound, Ragnarok in the PM&C labs is merely the name given to the new server (which replaces Groa, see below). An electronic death and rebirth if you like.

- Clean inside (yearly)
- Defrag Disks (windows PCs only)
- Update all software (yearly)
- Check Windows Update and anti-virus
- Run "Cleaning Page" function on the HP1022 Printer
