IT (Computer) Procurement procedure

• Get the Createc price list
• Fill in the Requisition form
• You don't need to fill in the product codes
• Item descriptions don't have to match the description exactly
• If an item you need is not on a pricelist, ask for a quote
• Use a K or A cost centre
• Use account number 4555 for hardware and 4652 for software
• Send filled in form to buy@it.up.ac.za
