When you have recovered, follow these instructions (a summary of what's in [http://www.up.ac.za/intra/web/resources/services/procurement/download_gallery/Guidelines_for_the_purchasing_of_computers_and_computer_related_hardware_and_software.doc the word version]):

* Get the [http://www.up.ac.za/intra/web/en/services/procurement/IT_Suppliers/Createk.html Createc price list]
* Fill in the [http://www.up.ac.za/intra/export/sites/default/resources/services/it_procurement/download_gallery/English_Requisition_Form.xls Requisition form]
* You don't need to fill in the product codes
* Item descriptions don't have to match the description exactly
* If an item you need is not on a pricelist, [mailto:quote@it.up.ac.za ask for a quote]
* Use a K or A cost centre
* Use account number 4555 for hardware and 4652 for software
* Send filled in form to [mailto:buy@it.up.ac.za buy@it.up.ac.za]
