Paper Trail

The "paper trail" refers to the documents gathered and kept to document the grades achieved by students in a module. At the end of every semester, the following documents should be collated in a single PDF file and sent to the HOD and the secretary:

  1. The spreadsheet with marks sent to admin, including the signatures of internal examiner, external examiner and HOD
  2. The Undergraduate external form with all parts filled
