The Engineering 2 Access Control Information page is intended to assist UP Chemical Engineering staff in navigating through the procedure to correctly request access for students, visiting researchers, contractors and external users. The sections below give more information on specific tasks related to access requests.
Postgraduate Access Procedure
- Postgraduate students' access rights are updated automatically, every Friday morning, based on changes made on the Postgraduate students Google Sheet.
- To ensure that this automated system is updated correctly, ensure that all fields are completed in full and correctly. Especially the column that indicates whether the student is registered, regardless of whether they have actually registered (during the beginning of a new academic year).
