Carl Zeiss Axio A1-Scope with Axiocam ERc 5S Microscope and Camera
Used to:
- Measure wear scar and/or wear track size
- Capture wear scar and/or wear track appearance.
Typically used with:
- BOCLE
- SL-BOCLE
- HFRR
- SRV
The microscope is used to capture an image of a contact surface after a lubricity test was performed. The surface appearance of the wear scar can the n berated and the wear scar measured. The microscope is equipped with three lenses that are used to obtain different enlargements of the image. These include a 5x-, 10x- and 20x zoom.
